Asset Register and Life Cycle
Know everything about your assets at every step of their life cycle. FlexMaint™ Asset Management Register covers every aspect of an asset life cycle, including purchase date, price and documents, all labour and spare parts costs and a history of all work orders, and site movements.
FlexMaint™ groups asset's on a geographical basis which means costs are available on machine, line, building or site basis. E-mails are possible when work requests or orders are created on important assets and with automatic Asset parts list created, be assured your assets are cared for.
Simplify the Work Request Process
Using the Desktop, Work Requests can be very simple or detailed as required to expedite the response. But save even more time by using the iOS or Android Work Request app. Using voice to complete the mobile request, and adding a photo really completes the information needed by the maintenance team to ensure the request is easily upgraded to a work order. And with an e-mail response to the requester when associated work orders are complete, the feedback loop is completed. The work request system also act's as a helpdesk.
Work Orders
Work Orders are created manually, generated from Work Requests or triggered from Preventive Maintenance Plans. They can be classified in many ways and can be scheduled and assigned to Engineers and/or Contractors. Instructions, checklists, parts lists and web-based attachments etc. make up some of the information provided. Other benefits include colour coded status, optional mandatory signatures, follow-up work orders, a global edit and saved advanced searches. Diagnostic information can include downtime and fault mode analysis.
Planned Maintenance
Have total control with FlexMaint™ Planned Maintenance module. Choose from a full library of template tasks and SOP's and generate PM tasks automatically. Conversion of planned maintenance to work orders is manual or automatic and you can attach SOP's as cloud based or controlled documents. Automatically e-mail notice to staff and contractor's when work orders are generated. Improve calendar planning and scheduling with hours per day (and per technician, allowing for shift patterns) to ensure workload can be managed effectively.
Inventory and Spare Parts
Take full control of your stock room so you can get the right parts, at the right time. FlexMaint™ offers an easy step by step inventory system that gives you up to date visibility of all available stock and in what location.
With classifications such as criticality, part type and sub type, unit of storage and more, parts are clearly defined. Multiple suppliers with costs and lead times assist in purchasing optimisation with the Purchase Order module. Maintain stock in all areas, even engineer's vans , improving fix rates and customer satisfaction. Use the Barcode or NFC Tag facility for faster and accurate stock management.
Field Service Mobile App
Work on the go using iOS or Android mobile devices. With FlexMaint™ Apps you can access real-time data thus providing faster response times wherever you are. Work can be completed offline and then synchronised when back online. Manage parts used, additional non-stock items, web-link documents and photographs. Use a simple time worked total or the detailed multiple technician activities time management feature for tasks lasting days. Using voice to record reports helps to speed up the reporting process.
Planning Calendars
To simplify maintenance planning and scheduling, FlexMaint™ CMMS currently offers two calendars, a Work Order calendar and a Technician calendar which provide visual representation of work orders on a monthly, weekly or daily basis for analysis and planning.
Easily drag work orders from one day to another to re-schedule and see the effect of moving hours from one day to another. Use the multiple Technician Calendar to show and compare assigned tasks or unavailable hours for each technician.
Condition Monitoring
Apply one or more meters to measure any parameter on any asset. The meters can then accept readings on a regular basis from either manual or automatic sources. By setting multiple alarms for each meter, work orders can be automatically created and e-mailed to staff.
Create parameter conditions such as temperature, vibration, pressure, humidity, acoustics etc. and produce graphs over adjustable time periods to see the trends and predict possible failures.
