We provide Annual Maintenance Support for our FlexMaint™ CMMS package. User Support consists of an annual cost, and although support is optional we highly recommend that first time users take out support for the first year at least to ensure faster implementation and maximum performance. Support requests are initiated by logging on to our support request website. Telephone and e-mail support is available to assist in the completion of your request.

Duration and Content

FlexMaint™ CMMS Annual Maintenance Support will last for one year unless otherwise specified. It will become effective on the software installation date and thereafter on the annual renewal date of software installation. Every effort is made to respond to all support request submissions within 7 working hours of being received. The support is for all matters concerning problems with the software. It is not intended to be a replacement for training. Where a support submission is a “how do I …” request, we will endeavor to reply with a link to a video in our user support section of this website. Full details are available on our software support agreement documentation, made available to users of FlexMaint™. Your Annual Maintenance Support will provide you with the security of having someone to answer your software questions and enhance the workings of your maintenance department.

Under CMMS Support, you are entitled to receive the following benefits:

  • Technical Support from 10.00am to 5.00pm (GMT +0.00) Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
  • Contact by telephone
  • Priority email response
  • Free software updates and upgrades to our current version
  • 10% Loyalty Discount – conditions apply
  • Up to 50% Referral Discount – conditions apply

Web-based PC to PC Control

In the event that we need to access your computer  to help solve your support query, web-based PC to PC control is necessary. This is done through TeamViewer.
